In this role, Hill will oversee human resources strategy and operations across Lone Star Communications and its family of companies, including Alairo Solutions and ProMobix.
Hill brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior human resources executive and licensed employment attorney, with deep expertise in building and scaling HR functions, modernizing compensation and total rewards programs, and leveraging AI and workforce analytics to enhance organizational effectiveness. She has led HR and employment counsel initiatives across complex, multi-site organizations and is recognized for her leadership in culture development and organizational design.
