Grand Prairie, TX — February 4, 2026 — Lone Star Communications today announced a series of leadership transitions that reflect its Evergreen leadership model and reinforce its long‑term commitment to developing leaders from within, preserving culture, and building a durable, employee‑owned enterprise.

Lone Star’s Evergreen model is rooted in long‑term thinking—prioritizing people, purpose, and sustainability over short‑term gains. Through intentional leadership development, internal succession planning, and employee ownership, the company focuses on creating continuity across generations while remaining adaptable to change. These leadership transitions represent the next chapter of that ongoing commitment.

Effective March 1, 2026, Justin Bailey will assume the role of President of Lone Star Communications, Inc., including its Alairo and ProMobix brands. Justin currently serves as Region Manager, Grand Prairie, and has held a broad range of technology, operations, and leadership roles throughout his career with the company.

Justin is widely respected for his thoughtful leadership style, operational discipline, and deep understanding of both the technical and business dimensions of the organization. His progression into the President role reflects Lone Star’s belief that the strongest leaders are developed over time through mentorship, hands‑on experience, and shared accountability.

“I’m honored by the trust placed in me and grateful for the leaders who have invested in my growth,” said Justin Bailey. “Lone Star’s Evergreen model, employee ownership, and commitment to doing the right thing have shaped my career here. I’m excited to build on that foundation and continue serving our teams, customers, and partners.”

As part of this transition, Chris Bell will step into the Region Manager, Grand Prairie role previously held by Justin. Chris brings deep operational expertise, strong relationships, and a people‑first leadership approach to the role. His appointment reflects Lone Star’s focus on continuity, elevating leaders who understand the business, the culture, and the responsibility that comes with employee ownership.

These leadership changes exemplify Lone Star’s Evergreen approach: empowering the next generation of leaders, creating clear pathways for growth, and ensuring that leadership transitions strengthen the organization. By developing leaders internally, Lone Star protects its culture, maintains trusted customer relationships, and reinforces shared ownership and accountability.

Ray Bailey will continue serving as Chief Executive Officer, with an increased focus on strategic and advisory leadership. As Lone Star continues to expand employee ownership across Lone Star Communications, Alairo, and ProMobix, these leadership transitions reinforce the connection between Evergreen principles, ownership, and accountability, ensuring the organization remains strong, resilient, and people‑centered for the long term.
